Out with the old - in with the new.
This old stove was non compliant and dangerous due to a lack of flue liner and the proximity of the wooden mantle, so a new flue liner was installed , alongside a new eco design / defra approved Stove, complete with twin wall connecting pipe to meet the regs . Nice day on the rooftops in the Suffolk countryside….

Big change for this client over the last 3 days. Old cast iron fireplace removed, chamber cleaned up, new limestone hearth and the classic Stovax Stockton 5 stove.

Big change for this customer in Mendelsham…. @mifluesltd Tinderbox stove, new flex liner and cowl, new hearth, chamber opened up and lined , plaster finish. Not bad for 2.5 days work .
